ABOUT
MY STORY
Born and raised in New York City to parents of Haitian descent, I’ve always been drawn to the power of sound and the ability to heal. My musical journey, spanning over two decades, has seen me create infectious pop and hip-hop tunes that blend catchy melodies with conscious lyrics. This passion for music has naturally evolved into a deep understanding of sound's therapeutic potential.
Today, I channel this knowledge into a thriving sound healing practice using various instruments and modalities to promote mental and physical well-being.
As a Certified Reiki practitioner and student of the Mayan Cosmovision, I weave ancient practices and wisdom, including that of my own lineage, with modern techniques to guide you on a path to inner harmony.
CACAO
Trained in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in 2022, I was one of thirteen students selected for a first-ever nine-month immersion in the teachings of the Mayan Cosmovision, including an initiation in Ceremonial Cacao under Maya Tz'utujil Spiritual Leader, Nana Marina Cruz.
Today, I honor this ancient tradition by facilitating Cacao Circles in New York City and leading international retreats.

SOUND HEALING
Trained as a Sound Healing Practitioner at the Sonic Institute in New York, I use various instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, the voice, drums, and flutes as ancestral medicine tools for healing, relaxation, and self-care.
Combined with 20 plus years of experience as a music artist, it has informed the many ways that I use sound, frequency and vibration as a healing tool for releasing physical, mental, and emotional stress and blockages.

REIKI
I am a Reiki practitioner trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing and certified under Nana Deleplanque at the NYC Reiki Institute. She is in the direct student lineage of Hawayo Takata who brought Reiki to the United States from Japan.
I currently travel and do 1 on 1 in home sessions exclusively in the New York/NJ area and distance Reiki online via Zoom. Feel free to contact me for more info or to book a session.
